Stephanie Burnstein completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University where she was part of the James Madison College focusing on public affairs. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy with a certificate in Women’s Studies.

Stephanie then attended law school at Wayne State University Law School where she participated both in the Wayne Law Review and Moot Court organizations. Stephanie received her Juris Doctorate in 2014.

She immediately went to work for a personal injury law firm in the Metro Detroit area for several years before deciding to work for a national and prominent insurance defense firm. Stephanie joined the Lee Steinberg Law Firm in 2023 to return to her passion for helping injured individuals through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Stephanie specializes in premises liability matters, trucking accidents, automobile negligence and no-fault automobile litigation. She has tried numerous cases successfully to verdict. She is admitted to practice law in Michigan as well as admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in Michigan. She is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
